Bristol is an attractive city, and was once (only a couple of hundred years ago) the second city of England. Bombed heavily during the second world war the dockland area has now been restored to present a mix of up market bars, restaurants, bistro's and gasto pubs, along with a scattering of larger clubs which open till the early hours.
